AGARTALA, May 18 (TIWN): After the illegal jobs of 10,323 teachers were cancelled at High Court, Supreme Court with the initiative of former Congress leaders as Sudip Barman, Asish Saha, Ratan Lal Nath now again the political figures have given strict warning to CPI-M Govt 'if' they illegally recruit people for the posts their fates will be same as 'No Govt is bigger than' Indian Constitution. Claiming the recruitment policy is fraud, Barman in the press conference said, "For the sake of 10,323 teachers votes, depriving the 7 lakhs unemployed youths Tripura Govt has changed the whole policy of recruitment which includes teaching experience for a hostel warden. This is nothing just a way to fool the 10,323 terminated teachers keeping the poll ahead". "If a single person file a case, then the interview process will be cancelled fully and in this condition Tripura Govt has sought 5 years experience for the recruitment, whereas the 10,323 teachers' 5 years experience certificate is 100 % invalid sealed by HC, SC", said Barman.

"But disobeying High Court, Supreme Court's order Tripura Govt has created 13,000 posts whereas as per SC's guideline vacancies of teachers via TET exam from 10,323 teachers need to be filled up within May-31st ", said Barman.

However, Supreme Court clearly mentioned that the teachers will continue their jobs till 2017, 31st Dec. But the recruitment process must be started within May 31st and to be completed within Dec 31st.

That means within 31st May (2017) fresh interview process for TET Exam for 10,323  Terminated Teachers(who are B.ed qualified) must be declared in daily newspaper and today is 18th-May. If within 31st May Tripura Govt doesn't publish advertisement then it will be wholly illegal activity led by Tripura Govt under Education & law Minister Tapan Chakraborty, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar including Education Director Sushil Kumar and Chief Secretary Sanjeev Ranjan.

TMC further asked youth TMC leaders to join with INPT, IPFT, ABVP, Youth Morcha, NSUI and every section of political, non-political associations to fight against this corruption jointly.
