AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): Tripura CM Manik Sarkar meeting Kejriwal at Delhi, where all the anti-BJP and anti-Cong. parties to discuss the state-centre relationships and follow-up actions. However, talking to TIWN, AAP Tripura head Dr. Salil Saha said, “People should not think in wrong direction after the meeting between Kejriwal and Tripura CM Manik Sarkar, as AAP will be always different from CPI-M ideology”. While commenting about the new relationships between these 2 CMs, he said, “Question doesn’t arise that both the political parties will be joined together. As every political parties has their own agendas”. Mentioning about the corruption here in Tripura, Saha further said, “A political change is very much necessary for North Eastern State Tripura and here AAP itself trying to bring the change, so no question of mix with Manik Sarkar’s plans.

“It doesn’t matter that how much Tripura CM tries to drives society into wrong direction, but our party’s vision are very clear, which is to fight against the corruption”, said Saha. However Saha also said, “AAP’s future is very bright here in the state, but we do not need any ladder from CPI-M for this”.

AAP Tripura Chief chosen to remain silent about the reason behind Tripura CM’s visit to Delhi and hobnobbing with Delhi CM Kejriwal but he made it very clear that AAP has no interest to shake ‘political hands’ with Tripura CM Manik Sarkar. “AAP keeps a very clean path, which will fight against corruption”, said Saha agreeing to the fact that Tripura has become a State with full of CPI-M backed corruptions. Opportunist Manik Sarkar however, doesn’t want to miss the chance to get the country-wide attention and so ready to share the same dais with his bete-noire Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. Most interestingly, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar also scheduled to be present in that conclave.

However the other political parties in Tripura are criticizing Tripura CM for his Delhi visit. While State Cong. President Birajit Sinha has condemned Manik as an Opportunist, Sudhindra Dasgupta, state BJP president also told him as a “time-pass” and said, “Manik Sarkar has gotten here a golden chance to go against BJP govt.”

Tripura's 'clean' Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has a penchant for corrupt officials, corrupt friend circle and tainted politicians. Manik prefers someone like CBI chargesheeted corrupt Police Officer DGP Nagraj to head Tripura's Police Force or another well known corrupt "Timer Scandal' tainted IAS officer GSG Ayyangar to become Principal Secretary (also de-facto Chief Secretary) to cover-up Multi-crore MGNREGA scam.

Surprisingly Manik Sarkar had no interest in Delhi CM Kejriwal till he acted honestly alongwith his ‘honest’cabinet – Manik’s interest in Kejriwal has grown suddenly after Kejriwal’s right hand man Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar was arrested in fake degree scam. Manik now decided to attend AAP conclave to support Kejriwal, scheduled to be held on wednesday in Delhi.

Coincidently on Monday, Kejriwal’s another trusted lieutenant former Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti was arrested in a domestic violence case, as a sessions court dismissed the AAP legislator's anticipatory bail plea. Manik Sarkar made himself the most sought after politician in national scene whenever any corrupt Govt like Delhi needs support from a most corruption experienced Chief Minister Manik, who not only abetted corruption in various Govt Depts, also patronized his aides like multicrore MGNREGA scamster BDO Bimal Chakraborty against whom Police was not allowed to file charge sheet within stipulated 180 days.
