Terrorism, Violent Political rivalry, crime against and women police excesses are recorded as one of the highest in the country, added in the deputation.

Claiming that the state government has a partisan and political role to mitigate the problems especially when the conflicts arise between the supporters of the ruling and opposition political parties, they said that common people are in fear psychosis as they have no place to get proper  justice.
