In two days 586 candidate gave interview. Each candidate was given 1.5 minutes  by interview board, no question was asked regarding work experience . Besides interview board did not follow any guidelines in awarding marks to the candidates.

It is mentionable here that   the CPI (M) ruled government here do no t have or   follow any recruitment rules while appointing employee in different government department.  The High Court of Tripura earlier had cancelled recruitment o over 10.000l school teachers from March 2010.  The case is still pending at Supreme Court.  All procedures and norms were violated in recruitment of teachers according to the court.
