10323 Teachers' Joint Movement Committee to Restore Movement once again : Says, 'War will Continue till We get Justice'

AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): Reminding the Education Dept about submission of memorandum to the Education Dept where teachers asked various questions to the Dept but even after though the Dept had promised to reply the teachers, till now no answer was given on the legal questions of the terminated teachers. Sharing photos taken in January 2021, during indefinite period of protest, JMC posted, "On 13 January 2021 JMC had submitted a memorandum to Education secretary seeking reply to various queries ,like 1)reason for job termination,2)issue of termination letter by name etc., 3) As per 2014 judgement names of terminated teachers. We will never ever roll back our decisions.We will be back very soon to seek the reply from the department.The war will never end unless we get justice".

JMC had conducted a 52 days long protest in Agartala City Centre area until police brutally had imposed Lathi-Charge on them. 

Being "Jobless" for 14 months, the 10323 teachers' are under severe financial struggle, facing a death toll of 102 teachers.Nodoubt, 10323 teachers turned BJP's political scapegoat in 2018 poll after the teachers trusted the BJP's fake promises and after election, the promise itself is fully misinterpreted. 10323 Teachers, JMC members were protesting on June 4 by observing a "Black Day", wearing a black ribbon as with 10323 teacher Litan Nama's death, the toll had risen to 100. But before completion of the "Black Day'' programme, one more terminated teacher of Bishramganj Naveen Debbarma has died which has taken the death toll to 101. But now the Death toll is 102 as one more teacher Himangshu Sutradhar has died.
