AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): 10323 Teachers have announced that they are going to resume protest soon. They will take the total decision after holding internal meeting under JMC and very soon will appeal for protest permission. Calling Chief Minister a liar, JMC member Bijoy Krishna Saha told media that High Court clearly has stated that by 28 hours, police have to give response to the permission application and police can't curb citizens' right, though, negotiation can be done about the protest spot but by discussing with the people who applied seeking protest spot. Addressing media at Agartala City Centre premise, 10323 teacher Bijoy Krishna Saha said, "Tripura Chief Minister who is propagating that High Court has cancelled our protest plea just spreading lies".

"Yesterday, we have received Judgement copy where Honourable Justice Subashish Talapatra's verdict has proven that our Chief Minister is totally lying standing in the Assembly. The judgement which was not given also, but holding a constitutional post, how the Chief Minister is spreading lies on judgement is just unacceptable. We went to High Court as the SDPO did not permit us for protest. Yesterday, what the High Court's verdict said, if we compare, it was  juxtapose to the CM's statement", the JMC member said.

High Court has said that police has no right to disallow anyone to protest like this and after we will appeal to Police for protest, Police can modify the place but it should be through discussions with us", said Bijoy Krishna Saha, 10323 teacher.
