AGARTALA, Oct 16 (TIWN): Unemployment problem in Tripura is worsening with around 5,000 nurses are left jobless along with 400 Doctors. This problem has erupted as in last 2 and half years Tripura BJP led State Govt has stopped plenty recruitment. Tripura is second in unemployment rate in India although Modi Govt before election had promised to give 50,000 Govt jobs in 1st one year that is 2018-19. 50,000 Govt jobs in first one-year was BJP’s basic promise to win the election in 2018 but while voting the young voters in the state never imagined that it was a ‘Fake Promise’ and no job is waiting for them, rather recruitment will be stopped with notification stating ‘Tripura has more employees than need’. In comparison to the previous Left era, the recruitment has downed above 80% and whatever recruitment is happening is contractual, unable to give a secure livelihood.

Doctors, teachers, engineers, nurses even NET, P.hd qualified people are left jobless in state but in last 2 and half years not even 5,000 permanent jobs could be given by the BJP Govt here. Unemployment as per surveys has turned as the biggest problem in the state.
