AGARTALA, Oct 15 (TIWN): On Strike day, BJP's ally IPFT was seen in massive violence from South to various parts of the State. Viral footages show, IPFT mob were destroying shops in Kalasi, South Tripura, when Police played a role of mute spectator. Biplab Deb Govt remained political puppet of IPFT when massive public properties were damaged. No action has been taken against the violators who destroyed public properties, used communal hatred, slang words to police even. Many people were attacked when they were going to their works. In Garji, IPFT were seen breaking a vehicle. Ahead of the Strike, IPFT leaders had assured the people that the protest will be democratic and no violence will be done, but failed to keep the promise, the IIPFT leaders are now silent over the public property damages. A massive failure of the Biplab Deb Govt is undeniable as Police also failed to control the damages. IPFT had called this 24 hours strike in demand of a separate Tipraland and more 4 demands with which the leaders have gone to Delhi.
