AGARTALA, Aug 10 (TIWN): Almost after 4 days of final hearing, reacting over 10323 teachers’ case’s final verdict in Supreme Court filed by Govt of Tripura, Tripura Education cum Law Minister Ratanlal Nath on Monday said that Supreme Court has said that Group-C and Group-D posts are nowhere a degradation for the teachers. “We were arguing on the point and I think, no State Govt of India will submit such an affidavit to the Supreme Court like our Govt has done. In this point, Supreme Court rejected out petition, but we clearly mentioned about everyone’s livelihood, because in interviews if everyone will not get jobs among 10323 teachers, where the rest jobless 10323 teachers will go ? We have tried and I think, State Govt has done its best. In whole India, no State Govt could submit such an affidavit".
"Few people are trying to catch fish in muddy-water and on the one side, they are vexing the former teachers and on the other side, they are making the unemployed job aspirants angry talking about their probable deprivation in those Group-C and Group-D posts”.
Minister Ratanlal Nath was addressing in a blood donation camp on Monday organized by 'All Tripura Victimized 10323 teachers Association' when he said so. He also said, Govt is thinking for the unemployed youths and having separate plans for them too.
