AGARTALA, March 31 (TIWN): Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) has distributed free rations to daily workers of state and also to them who are stuck in the state due to lockdown.

AMC Commissioner Sailesh Kumar Yadav who took a lead role to identify the homeless people and construction workers said, few workers in Gol Bazar have still works but as soon report will come that they do not have works, then they will be given free ration supplies.

Over 4000 to 5000 cooked food packets were being distributed in urban bodies whereas now dry ration supplies have also been started.
