AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Feb 24 (TIWN): At only 2 years of BJP Govt formation, fear grips the party with massive popularity losing. Chief Minister Biplab Deb continues to visit own constituency Banamalipur house to house day-night as this seat is becoming critical for the BJP along with other constituencies. CM is hoisting at least one major programme in Banamalipur from party level per day now a days. Even on Sunday he had his lunch in a house at Banamalipur and source informed that various hopes are given orally with his such visits. The programmes are politically organized whereas in Central Govt programme also CM has hoisted it in own constituency. Basically, the CM is now afraid of the upcoming election after 3 years and fear of likely to lose own constituency’s seat leading him to associated with constituency programmes. On the other side, BJP has lost Tripura Bar Association Election massively on Sunday and CPI-M, Congress led “Save Constitution” forum has won proving once again public resentment against BJP escalating higher and higher.

The BJP Govt in last 23 months has terminated thousands of contractual workers from Govt Depts or Govt undertaken projects, failed to fulfill Vision Document promises which was to done immediately after the election.

At the same time, social pensions were scrapped, taxes were imposed in unbelievable manners from water to electricity and most inhuman was to scrap free medical services from Govt hospitals.

Youths, journalists, social media users were massively tortured, media houses were shutdown. BJP Govt’s torture on social media users and showing red-eyes to public, rigging all are too reasons for BJP’s lost popularity.

At the same time, rural jobs are gripped in corruption. BJP’s top leaders, elected leaders in constitutional posts are under scanner of MGNREGA mandays corruptions.

However, the reality is really challenging for the BJP which is losing all popularity due corruption, unpopular decisions and massive violence, public property burning etc.
