‘Only 50 can pass in TPSC among 5,000 in Tripura because of No Quality in Education’ : Biplab Deb

AGARTALA, Jan 23 (TIWN): In an excuse of joblessness across the State, Tripura CM Biplab Deb accused the unemployed youths for lacking enough quality in their education stopping them to get jobs. CM’s statement came when one after one recruitment corruption are exposing and Govt is unable to provide much jobs to the youths leading the state to remain in the top position in the unemployment. Chief Minister Biplab Deb was addressing in Udaipur Netaji Subash Mahavidyalaya and said by the Education quality which was existing in Tripura before BJP Govt came, nobody can pass UPSC. He also stated, Govt needs 175 stenographers with 40 speed and just 12 pass but they can not qualify. “It proves no quality in Education”, he said. Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing at Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya at Udaipur said that only 50 stenographers in Tripura made him happy as they have really recruited by the BJP Govt.CM said the previous stenographers need 3 hours to finish a type and as a result all works were very slow. “When BJP Govt recruited 50 stenographers by proper interviews and posted in Secretariat, it gave me peace as now talented youths in work”, he added.The programme was dedicated to unveil the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at the College premise on Netaji's birth anniversary.

Reportedly, maximum College students rejected to attend CM’s programme and from nearby schools all students were brought to see the programme. Few local people and BJP activists remained present in the programme.

CPI-M MLA Ratan Bhowmik who was present in the programme was avoided by CM and reportedly CM rejected Ratan Bhowmik’s speech programme while offered by own party worker.

Moreover, he never mentioned for a single time that he studied in this College although in Election affidavit he mentioned that he is graduate.

Nevertheless, around 20% unemployment rate has increased in Tripura in last 21 months.
