AGARTALA, Oct 19 (TIWN): Intolerant, Unethical, Undeserved BJP led state govt continues to insult the Govt employees at best just because Political masters are unhappy at BJP State HQ over the Politically Slave State Govt whose police could not arrest Badal Choudhury yet, a CPI-M top leader, whereas the same police yet to take action hundreds of cases against BJP activists and leaders including MP Pratima Bhowmik who was first to insult an IPS officer Kiran Kumar in worst manner and when she gave the IPS officer murder threat she was just the candidate for the election which she won via total rigging. The Tughlaqian way of operation has generated massive resentments among public, education section of people but the BJP bound State Govt continues madness in search of CPI-M former MLA Badal Choudhury whose bail plea was rejected in District Court on 16th October and his case is now pending in the high court. BJP knows well, Badal Choudhury can never be punished under this fabricated case and that’s the reason, the Govt want one time arrest of Choudhury. So many officers have punished in Tripura in last two days, first ever under any Govt in the State.

It has been around 5 nights that police officials are undergoing sleepless nights to find out Badal Choudhury and intolerant Government has suspended various officials including West Agartala PS OC-Debaprasad Roy, West SP-Ajit Pratap and now Badal Choudhury’s 3 bodyguards were suspended. All of the actions by the Govt is illegal although being Govt employee nobody could raise voice or could take legal action. At the same time, Tripura Home Dept led by Chief Minister Biplab Deb continues displaying intolerance after CPI-M MLA Badal Choudhury could not be traced by police. Reportedly, Badal Choudhury was searched inside wardrobes, under the bed, toilet house to house in areas of Agartala on yesterday.

3 PSOs were reportedly suspended this evening in failure to complete assignment under the mission of finding out Badal Choudhury.

This action came after on yesterday two top officials including DIG Arindam Nath and SP West Ajit Pratap Singh were removed and suspended.

3 constables from West Dist and Spl Branch were also suspended for dereliction of duty. Officer in Charge of West Agartala Police Station Debaprasad Roy has been placed under suspension due to his poor performance. Insp Subrata Chakraborty is new OC West PS while Insp Sidharth Kar is  new OC Amtali.

On the other side, top ten police officers of the state-all belonging to IPS cadre service-led by DGP Akhil Kumar Shukla met in deputation with chief minister Biplab Deb on October 17 night in the state secretariat to urge upon him to revoke the punitive measures against junior colleagues for alleged failure to nab deputy leader of the opposition and former PWD minister Badal Chowdhury even after rejection of his anticipatory bail.

The team of police officers explained to the chief minister that suspended SP (West) Ajit Pratap Singh and DIG Arindam Nath who was divested of all responsibilities had bright track-record in police service and the latter had even been conferred President's police medal .

But the Chief Minister Biplab Deb said that he would think over their pleas provided they showed positive action and success in performing assigned duties.
