AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): The real heroes of anti-corruption movement are now on the scene. It was the then Chief Justice Dipak Gupta who confirmed irregularities in 10323 teachers recruitment on that time. Nobody can deny that after 10323 teachers job cancellation in High Court statewide deprived people started to knock High Court’s door and then they fought in the Supreme Court. Today, they have staged a protest at Agartala and said, to fight the battle against corruption they have lost their financial ground and so Govt must give them equal priority while appointing 12000 posts. The way, Govt is serious about 10323 teachers, they also should be treated. Total 381 deprived people have been recorded. However, their points are valid as Politics with 10323 teachers recruitment scam issue happened everytime, but those unemployed deprive youths who filed the petition in High Court against the recruitment are yet to get justice.

Even after Court’s multiple orders under the constitution Govt has preserved the livelihoods of 10323 teachers but no Govt either CPI-M or BJP given any positive signal to the victims of Job recruitment scam. In 2018 it was revealed that many of them have not yet gotten any job who demanded same benefit as 10323 teachers.

Noteworthy, Tripura High Court in 2014 while terminating the 10323 teachers asked the Govt to save those teachers lives by giving equal jobs to the petitioners. Whether Govt gives recognition or not, but 10323 teachers are the pillars who encourage job recruitment victims to take shelter of court when deprived or cheated by Govt machinery. . Terminated 10323 teachers will place a deputation to the Director of Education dept with 5 points of demands on 14th August, saying that they have full faith on the BJP-IPFT Govt.

The teachers recently in a press conference said that Govt of Tripura is ready to exchange talks with teachers and taking all attempts to fulfill pre-poll promise about regularization. The teachers also said, Govt is very much cooperating with them.10323 teachers also have involved themselves with social works and blood donation camps have launched and many more to be launched soon.Terminated 10323 teachers will place a deputation to the Director of Education dept with 5 points of demands. The deputation will be placed on 14th August, one day ahead of Independence Day. Due to the ongoing Panchayat election, their movement has been delayed.Their demands include regularization according to Vision Document, 7th Pay Commission, die-in-harness jobs for the passed away 10323 teachers family members, EL, CL must be similar like others. The teachers said, they have already completed 10 years of their jobs but yet deprive of various benefits.

10323 teachers demanded about regularization according to Vision Document, 7th Pay Commission, die-in-harness jobs for the passed away 10323 teachers family members, EL, CL must be similar like others.

The teachers said, they have already completed 10 years of their jobs but yet deprive of various benefits. They have urged the Govt to fulfil its pre-poll promise of ending uncertainty of the teachers’ future.

Background of Tripura's 10323 Teachers issue : The 10323 teachers fist lost their jobs in High Court’s verdict in 2014 due to irregularities in recruitment. Then the previous CPI-M led State Sovt managed stay order on High Court’s order by appealing Supreme Court and after much delays in the hearings, finally Supreme Court also in 2017, March 29 terminated all the teachers but with humanitarian view Supreme Court permitted all the 10323 teachers to continue their jobs till December 31st, 2017.When CPI-M led State Govt repealed in Supreme Court to extend their jobs for 1 year, Supreme Court extended the job for 6 months on ad hoc basis and finally only 27 days have left for the teachers final terminations. BJP Govt then appealed in Supreme Court to extend the teachers jobs beyond June 30, 2018 for more 2 years. BJP to urge Supreme Court to extend those teachers jobs till 2020, 30th June and SC also extended for 17 months to control the teachers crisis.
