AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): Within 3 days of High Court’s order which caused shutdown of Hotel Sonar Tori, Big Bazar, ML Plaza based on Fire Dept’s withdrawal of No Objection Certificate (NOC), again Fire Dept has cleared the NOC of these business centres.
As a result in the next hearing of High Court, the business centres were issued to continue their business.
TIWN had made exclusive reports which included lakhs of pending bills of BJP to Hotel Sonar Tari led the whole NOC issue, which also erupted massive resentment among the people.
TIWN further was informed that it was not only the pending bill issue but few of the ruling party members including heavyweight persons in the cabinet were behind this issue and Biplab Deb also called meeting in this regard after mass resentment erupted with those business centres’ shutdown.
However, amid all the doldrums, now public are happy as Big Bazar and other business centres have given NOC, at the same time cracking jokes across social media on peak on this issue.
Advocate Piyush Kanti Biswas while addressing media, hinted that it was a deep intrigue which was played by Fire Service authority with bad intention. He also said, the Cinema Hall will also be opened.
