AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): One corruption after another donot wash the sins. Pranab Sarkar and Biswendu Bhattacharjee led Press Club's illegal occupiers who were kicked out earlier by a Agartala Court - now corrupt gang took the oath of Judicial manipulation.

Biswendu Bhattacharjee's relative Sanjoy Bhattacharjee , A Judge in Addl Sessions Court, Agartala now indulged in corrupt practice to shield these illegal gang.

Going against the Supreme Court and High Court directives, without sending any notice to original case filer Sitanshu Ranjan De and Prasanta Chakraborty, Addl Sessions Judge Sanjoy Bhattacharjee during Court Holiday allegedly moved the previous court order.

Press Club legal committee and Sitanshu Ranjan De and Prasanta Chakraborty now would be filing a writ petition challenging Addl Session Judge Sanjoy Bhattacharjee's Judicial Corruption and conviction of illegal Press Club Occupiers led by Pranab Sarkar, Biswendu Bhattacharjee.

Since few hours without any document, rumours are spread on social media by illegal Press club occupiers saying, High Court has given a "stay order" on Court's order of banning the Pranab Sarkar, Biswendu Bhattacherjee led journalists group. 

But the legal members are now going to file case in High Court against the Corrupt team and Addl Sessions Judge Sanjoy Bhattacharjee for passing illegal order. Addl Sessions Judge Sanjoy Bhattacharjee  may get suspended or ternminated for Judicial Corruption of helping a relative Biswendu Bhattacharjee.

Pranab Sarkar no more remained Secretary of Agartala Press Club, neither Biswendu Bhattacharjee anymore Vice President as these gang Illegally occupied Press Club via criminal conduct of organizing a ‘No Contest’ rigged Election under the direct patronage of Biplab Deb.

The ILLEGALoccupiers dismissed by Court are : 1) Subal Dey (President), 2) Biswendu Bhattacharjee (Vice President), 3) Pranab Sarkar (Secretary) 4) Dipanta Majumder (Asst Secretary), 5) Kamal Kalai (Asst Secretary), 6) Tapan Majumder (Treasurer)

LEGALLY Elected Committee who has assumed charge on Court's order are : 1) Rajkumar Kalyanjit Singh (Secretary), 2) Satyabrata Chakraborty (President), 3) Chitra Roy (Vice President), 4) Pranab Chakraborty (Asst Secretary), 5) Kamal Chowdhury (Treasurer).
