AGARTALA, Oct 15 (TIWN): JUMLA Era’s mass-fooling continue as by increasing merely 0.32 factor Salary, Tripura CM Biplab Deb continues to claim that 7th Pay Commission has been given to employees. After failed to announce Pay Commission for State Govt employees and pensioners, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb continues his claim that his Govt has given 7th Pay Commission. CM was addressing in a programme conducted at Melaghar for Durga puja when he said so. "It is 7th Pay Commission, no doubt on that. After we gave 7th Pay Commission oppositions are asking where are allowances. Will you give the money ? CPI-M govt gave me burden of Rs. 1600 crores of debt", CM said, even though before BJP Govt unseated Manik Sarkar continued to mention about that debt as since 2014 (Modi era) central funds started decreasing for Tripura. In Verma Committee report also PP Verma mentioned in bold letters how Govt of India since 2014 continued to slash funds for Tripura and also snatched tax-sharing profts.

Sidelining his major failure to announce 7th pay Commission which 1 day after election he said will be implemented at Rs. 5,000 crores in 5 years and now he ended by around 1000 crores per year, CM said, "I am proud by placing zero-deficit budget. This is the first zero-deficit budget in whole Northeast". 

CM desperately claimed Tripura Pay Matrix 2018 as 7th Pay Commission whereas in reality, it's at least 20,000-22,000 a Group-C at Centre gets along with other benefits. Moreover, 2.57 is not workable in their case and the fixed TET teachers will get merely 600 rupees hike.

Moreover, the new teachers will not only get 1700 rupees less than the existing teachers but Statev Govt will not give them provident funds. 

Most importantly employees were promised to get double salary and pay at Central scale, whereas Tripura employees got nothing. Mentioning various pending allowances and arrears (since 2016, January) and BJP's failure to implement pay hike from 2016, Biplab Deb hit the critics, asking whereas he will give the money for allowances.

Moreover, the TET qualified teachers and teaching job aspirants, calculation has revealed that the exiting TET teachers will get hardly Rs.675 more than they are no getting now, whereas the new employees who will be recruited under New-Pension-Policy will get more  Rs. 1789 less than the existing teachers under Biplab Deb led so called 7th Pay Commission.The report based on which State Govt had increased the salaries, the report clearly says that in the Pay band (Officers level) it was said 83755 rupees  is deferred than Central Govt salaries. In this, it has been said that 2.25 will be replaced with 2.57. But during press conference one Minister said that in 7^th CPC there is no place for Group-D, but Govt made their salaries Rs. 16,000 minimum (Rs. 26,000 was promised). As a result 2.57 will not be applicable to them. The factor for Group-D  started decreasing from 2.56 to 2.40 factor, which clearly says that the Group-D employees were deprived. It is leading massive frustrations as when it was promised around 6077 will be increased. Calculation says hardly Rs 1900 to Rs. 2000.

In Pay band-4 it was said Rs. 83755 they get less now it has been seen their salaries to be increased hardly Rs. 4000-5000, whereas in our time (CPI-M’s 2.25) salaries hiked Rs. 7000.

19.68% increased in CPI-M time, but their salaries will be increased only 14.2% but that will also differ for various employees. So they are more guilty than us at least. For NHM, SSA, MGNREGA not a single word was uttered whereas in CPI-M time huge complaints were raised for depriving them. 

However, ground report says, BJP lost its employees and pensioners votebanks with this May Matrix announced. Due to the effect of 2018, October many pensioners were deprived and there BJP has lost around 40,000 employees vote banks.
