AGARTALA, Oct 13 (TIWN): 7th CPC JUMLA failed to even fool BJP supporter employees. After Govt employees expressed heavy resentments on BJP's betray to the promise of 7th Pay Commission, BJP backed Sangha leaders under pressure forced Govt employees to hold a rally with saffron colour clothes on body on Saturday. A rally by around 1500 Govt employees was kicked off at Rabindra Bhawan premise and thanking the Govt, the employees walked around the city which has indeed increased the price of commodities once again unofficially as non-employees got the fake expression that 7th Pay Commission has been given to the Govt employees in Tripura. Before the election which was promised was the salaries of State, Central Employees will be same once 7th Pay Commission is given to its employees, whereas after waiting 7 months for long in the name of Verma Committee's report planning, BJP Govt has increased merely 0.32 factor to the employees salaries. But this JUMLA-decision has been increasing more prices of commodities in the market.
Indeed, BJP is the first Govt which came in power with lies and continue lies after assuming power and the latest "JUMLA Commission" in the name of 7th Pay Commission is one of them. Whereas only 0.32 factor was hiked for employees merely with 14.2% hike in salaries, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb and party continue to lie that Govt is done with 7th Pay Commission.
As a result in market rates of commodities have been increased more, whereas Govt employees are unable to make shopkeepers to understand that 7th Pay Commission has not been given.
According to 7th Pay Commission State & Central Govt employees salaries should be same, whereas nothing has been done for the employees pensioners and the effect Pay-Matrix is from Oct, 2018, (not 2016, January) a total fraud done to the employees by Biplab Deb Govt under the biggest ever JUMLA Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi along with his fraud Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Gujarat backed BJP President Amit Shah.
However, Verma Committee has accepted that due to "Central Deprivation" the 7th Pay Commission could not be implemented in Tripura.
It can be noted, increasing only 0.32 factor than Manik Sarkar Govt’s 2.25 factor and terming it as 7th Pay Commission has been just as a JUMLA strike on the State employees hopes from the BJP Govt. Double salary hike dream has been collapsed with Biplab Deb’s announcement of Pay Matrix at the effect of 2018, October at only 0.32 factor increase. At the same time, future possibilities for 7th Pay Commission has been ended as Govt has declared it as 7th Pay Commission.
TIWN in a series has been reporting how Rajasthan, Manipur, Bihar, Assam, UP like states employees are deprive of 7th Pay Commission where BJP is ruling since before than Tripura. Before Election in speeches, agreement copies with employees BJP assured multiple times that 7th Pay Commission with 2016 effect will be given to the employees whereas instead of 7th Pay Commission, a pay hike has been announced today in a press conference held at Secretariat led by Chief Minister Biplab Deb but a section of BJP backed media are desperately telling lie that 7th Pay Commission has been announced whereas employees are frustrated, sad and shocked with the announcement.
Amid Chief Minister Biplab Deb's continuous Delhi visits, meeting with Jaitley, Shah, PM Modi no special package for employees were given whereas before the Election Amit Shah said, "Cast vote on February 18 and take 7th Pay Commission based salary from March 4".
Immediately 1-day after election Biplab Deb said, he needs Rs. 20,000 in five years to implement 7th Pay Commission but now within thousand crores the Pay Commission has been done, placing the biggest ever JUMLA of Modi and Shah.
