AGARTALA, Sep 23 (TIWN): Instead of releasing needful funds for states’ development, PM Modi hit another JUMLA strike in the name of Ayushman Bharat health scheme, which also has been launched in Tripura today whereas in reality due to pathetic health service and costly treatment charges 4.2% Indians have freshly added in below poverty line under Modi Govt, according to the Govt data. Instead of providing direct funds for hospitals’ infrastructures, Modi Govt’s decision of upgrading primary hospitals at Health and Wellness is nothing but a "Jumla" to eyewash ahead of Lok Sabha election, whereas Tripura is deprive of above 1500 crores of funds each year under various projects. However, as the same scenario is being going on across the nation, at least 5 states have rejected Modi’s Jumla Ayushman Bharat, again another scheme withour paisa. Telangana, Odisha, Delhi, Kerala and Punjab have said they will not implement the programme till their concerns are addressed since they have better health assurance schemes. disha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also didn’t attend the inauguration programme of Ayushman Bharat, whereas Modi beat his own election drum said, "Everyone is aware of the importance of the Ayushman Bharat scheme, but Naveen babu does not understand. The Odisha government should come forward and join the programme”.

On the other side, India’s funniest CM due to his controversial, unscientific speeches, Biplab Deb amid massive poverty, starvation across India as well as in State Tripura, has claimed there is no poverty at all now in the country.

While addressing in the inauguration programme of Ayushman Bharat health scheme, Chief Minister said, "Since Atal Bihari Vajpayee to PM Modi, they understood the importance of rural roadway and thus Gram Sadak Yojna was started. Without road nobody buys any land too and understanding the importance of roadway the Modi Govt is successfully working in that direction. Solving roadway problems, then house to house free gas connectivity was given by Modi Govt. Now for food Rs. 2 rupees kilo rice are given and in Tripura our Govt is giving poor people free rice. Now with Ayushman Bharat health scheme, poor people will get free health service and that's what Modi Govt is doing", CM said.

Biplab Deb led BJP Govt yet to show any clear financial picture on various ‘Pre-Poll vision’ promises but already started alluring public via new promises before 2019 Lok Sabha Election. Without any fund allocation from Centre, only by pitching for AIIMS certainly raise the doubt whether it is latest FAKE promise like other Pre-Election FAKE promises giving free Mobile phones to all youths or providing Jobs to each Tripura household ?

Because Narendra Modi led BJP in its Pre-Poll manifesto in 2014 had promised to "increase the number of medical and paramedical colleges to make India self-sufficient in human resources, and set up an AIIMS like institute in every state. So BJP announced 13 AIIMS to be completed within 48 months after coming to power. 48 months later, all of them exist only on papers”.

To find out the status of these 13 AIIMS supposed to be completed within 48 months after 2014, News Media ‘India Today’ filed a Right to Information (RTI) query with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

The response to RTI revealed that no funds have yet been allocated even after 4 years to five of the approved 13 AIIMS by the Modi government.

Moreover, no funds have been released to four of the approved AIIMS which are proposed in Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat.
