AGARTALA, Sep 23 (TIWN) JUMLA promises cheated Tripura's lakhs of voters but none of the promises are yet to even see the 1st stage of implementation, which exposed Biplab Deb Govt's failure to honour these long promises. To fulfill the 6 No point of BJP’s pre-poll promise scripted in the Vision Document, which assured the people of Tripura that much awaited Rose Valley scam will be investigated by CBI and as soon as BJP will hold the power here, all culprits involved in Rose Valley scam will be punished, sent to jail. However, the main target of BJP was the then Chief Minister Manik Sarkar himself, as BJP claimed it was none other than but Manik Sarkar who sheltered Rose Valley and other Chit Fund companies since 2000.

Indeed, various rallies with Manik Sarkar’s pictures were held, rumours on CBI arrived in state had been spread to gain benefits in the Election, but it has been above 6 months that no talk from BJP Govt or ruling BJP came which says Rose Valley investigation is needed.

Various leaders, current Ministers who day night held various press conferences against Rose Valley chit fund scams are now totally silent on that issue, which is not only suspicious of the Ex-Congress leaders role in Tripura Chit Fund citadel, but also questioning Vision Document's intention.

On April 25, April 26 an eye-washing investigation with previous two CPI-M Ministers was done by CBI at the MLA quarter, whereas out of these two Ex-Minister one Badal Choudhury was summoned just as ‘witness’ as he was the Finance Minister on that time.

With a move against multi-crores chit fund scams which looted public money for years from state Tripura under the CPI-M Govt, the BJP led state govt had decided to handover all the cases to CBI on April 29.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb announced that among the 74 cases, 5 cases including Rose Valley chit fund scam were handed over to CBI and now rest of the cases will also be given to CBI for proper investigation, but so far no action has been taken against Rose Valley. In speeches now Manik Sarkar is not targeted anymore with Rose Valley scams, raising fingers whereas those allegations were brought just as pre-poll jumla as nothing is going to happen against Tripura Rose Valley frauds or there are persons, mediators close with BJP Govt involved in Rose Valley scam ?
