AGARTALA, Aug 17 (TIWN): BJP Govt’s poor performance in every department is visible with the fact that Biplab Deb failed to publish 100 Days report card even in 5 months.Delay in recruitment in various depts leading tension, resentment and intolerance among unemployed youths, as it has been over a year that recruitment centering the election has been in pause and recently faced a disaster due to the cancellation of all recruitment process. But with this, TPSC has also stopped its notifications especially regarding TCS, TPS recruitments erupting resentments among the job aspirants. Generally TPSC is called as an autonomous body but now TPSC officials are also not answering the job aspirants whether their ongoing recruitments were cancelled or not.Apart from TPSC, various depts have also left the youths under tension. For, example the TSR job aspirants with 506 are still confused whether their jobs have also been cancelled not. In the Head Offices of the Depts. Govt has not said anything, whereas in press conference it was said that all existing recruitment process have been cancelled. On the other side, from CM's speech again and again signals are coming that Govt Job will not be anymore as the primary option.

Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarma many times said, Tripura's employees ratio is too high in compare to the other states.

With all these repeatedly questions are raising, what's the intention of the Govt in actual. If it has cancelled 50 seats of recruitments will it release a notification soon with more numbers of seats ? Such questions are being raised by youths.

Unemployed youths, who were jolted with the sudden cancellation of ongoing recruitment process may knock High Court.

Not only a section of TCS job aspirants who were striving already in the High Court since the previous Govt’s time will re-knock the High Court but also police job aspirants are thinking to take law’s help to save their recruitment process. However, they have given 1 month to the BJP Govt for recruiting them. There are 1451 job aspirants of police who were given with tokens on April 9, 2017 saying that they will be soon provided with offer letters have been shocked with the Govt’s silence over their recruitment. They are unready to believe that the jobs they already got can be cancelled. They had given both written, physical and medical tests which is according to the new recruitment policy of the state govt.

Today 506 job aspirants of TSR revealed that only police but TSR recruitment is also pending. They were selected in 2016, also verifications were done, but when everything was set the candidates were never served with offer letters. Around 60 outside candidates were selected from West Bengal who are frequently visiting the state to check the development, costing them heavily due to the high fare rates of the trains and flights. Addressing the media in front of CM’s quarter, the outside Job aspirants who came to meet Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “Why the system is so complex in Tripura? No other state in India is like Tripura”.

“Before this, for more two times we have visited Tripura. 134 at All India level candidates and from Tripura total 372 candidates total-506 candidates were selected for TSR but till now we are not given with offer letters. So, our question is how many times we have to come here to get OUR offer letters? Already two times we visited earlier and this is third time”, they said.

The job aspirants of TCS whose exams were paused for long time due to a hearing at the High Court raised question, “Being a job aspirant till date we did not get any notification from TPSC that TCS/TPS exam has been cancelled. More over when the court has given such verdict to continue the said exam then how the cabinet had decided to cancell the ongoing process by TPSC,is not it the contempt of court?Or cabinet decision  is higher than the court? Or is there any kit and kin of the present goverment in judicial service?”

Moreover it has been seen that except videography system in viva and written test in Group-C and Group-D recruitment, nothing was much changed in recruitment policy. In this condition, why the total recruitment process was cancelled leading losses of time, money, energy of the job aspirants. They further have demanded independent role of TPSC.
