AGARTALA, Aug 17 (TIWN): Tripura Govt’s two separate decisions have exposed its actual motive behind the job recruitment’s cancellation. Whereas all the existing recruitment process have been cancelled but Judicial Service has not been yet, which has raised question, whether Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath who by profession has also been a lawyer what he found so sympathetic to relax the recruitment process under his Judicial Dept ? Many Ex-Congress activits (now BJP) advocates are undergoing those recruitment process however ! What surprises is that even though TPSC is known as 'autonomous body', but it is also silent whether job recruitments are cancelled or not. The last TCS/ TPS Exam for which students were preparing for two years, was under High Court observation as one hearing was going on, but that recruitment is also under threat, even though TPSC didn’t give any notification, but neither proceeding the recruitment process. But High Court recently had given a verdict in favour of the candidates, but crossing High Court's order TPSC is not proceeding the recruitment process, which has frustrated TCS, TPS job aspirants.

According to Tripura High Court’s verdict regarding continuation of TCS/TPS Exam which was held in December'2017 to January'2018, should be continued. But after the formation of newly BJP-IPFT government, the Law Minister recently after cabinet decision had announced that all previous Exam conducted by TPSC has been cancelled except Tripura Judicial Service.

The job aspirants raised question, “Being a job aspirant till date we did not get any notification from TPSC that TCS/TPS exam has been cancelled. More over when the court has given such verdict to continue the said exam then how the cabinet had decided to cancell the on going process by TPSC,is not it the contempt of court?Or cabinet decision  is higher than the court? Or is there any kit and kin of the present goverment in judicial service?”

“Poor unemployed youths are the worst sufferers due to such illegal decision by the cabinet.Even the state govt.had announced through a memorandum that the sub-judice matter of job will be continue as per the direction of the court but later the govt.had moved from its own decision”, th job aspirants said. If the exam is cancelled and  held now, candidates numbers will also be increased. So, after wasting time, energy, money in costly coaching centres, what the unemployed youths of the state got. Was it their fault to vote BJP ?
