AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): Three crucial issues, which are the greatest challenges before the BJP Govt have not been felicitated with green signal by Central Govt yet & the 3 crucial issues are : 1) SSA’s regularization, 2) 10323 terminated teachers’ secure future, 3) 7th Pay Commission’s implementation. Even though it was guaranteed that in the 1st cabinet meeting, the 7th pay commission will be announced but after the 2nd cabinet meeting also the implementation was not finalized with full structure and finally CM's visit at Delhi also couldn't implement 7th pay commission. The above mentioned 3 issues are also the major causes behind BJP’s winning in Assembly Election with 50 % vote banks. Finally, the Assembly Session to be started from March 23 i.e. tomorrow but 7th Pay commission has been delayed due to which the employees and especially pensioners are undergoing heavy tensions.After returning from Delhi, CM held a press conference but was muted on the 7th Pay Commission.Chief Minister didn't announce about 7th pay commission's implementation, but when media raised question about 7th pay commission, he said it's 100 % guaranteed that 7th pay commission will be implemented, but now the Expert Committee is doing the formal works before implementation.

In case of SSA’s regularization a rough calculation was submitted in the Finance Dept which said, at least Rs. 230 crores will be needed to regularize the SSA teachers. The SSA teachers also played a vital role for BJP to win the election and now they are hoping for faster action by the state govt to regularize them. According to the last notice of MHRD for SSAs, it's clear the SSA Teachers' jobs are totally under danger after the 31st March, 2018, which has naturally generated a tension among them. 

10323 case is the biggest tension before the BJP Govt as well as for the terminated teachers. The teachers before election rejecting left govt joined in BJP rallies with their leaders picture. In this condition CM just mentioned yesterday evening, “We discussed on 10323 and SSAs regularization at Delhi", but no permanent solution was given.
