AGARTALA, March 21 (TIWN): Even though Biplab Deb before election said, all calculations for 1.50 lakh employees were done before BJP's poll-promises were scripted in Vision-Document and BJP is ready to implement the 7th Pay Commission after the 1st cabinet meeting once the party makes its govt in Tripura but surprisingly before the 1st ever Assembly Session (to be started from 23rd March) by BJP Govt, 7th Pay Commission couldn't be announced officially yet. After returning from Delhi, three crucial matters were skipped in Chief Minister's press conference, which would irk resentment among govt employees in coming days. The issues are : 10323, SSA's regularization and 7th Pay Commission.

Today, Chief Minister didn't announce about 7th pay commission's implementation, but when media raised question about 7th pay commission, he said it's 100 % guaranteed that 7th pay commission will be implemented, but now the Expert Committee is doing the formal works before implementation.

Talking on the unemployment issue, CM said, "Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology project's will provide jobs around 5000 jobs per year. Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology CIPET Recruitment provides platforms for Graduates, Freshers and experienced candidates and central govt have aimed to complete the project within next 2 months in Tripura, which will be named as ‘Ma Tripura Sundari CIPET’ project. Union Minister of Chemical and Fertilizers Ananth Kumar also announced about setting up of  Plastic park. The will be also a ‘Plastic Waste Management Centre’ near CIPET. The funding patter which is now 50 : 50, will be reviewed to convert 90 : 10 under the dept".

"Minister of State Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha was told about the renaming of Agartala Airport as Maharaja Bir Birkram Kishore Manikya Airport during our visit", CM said.

Hitting the Left Govt, he said, "The former Govt brought prizes for MGNREGA works, but the reality is just pathetic than the awards. The fund releasing under RD was 2000 crore earlier, which later downed to 1000 crore and after that dropped at 500 crore. Earlier 25 parameters were shown in MGNREGA reports, whereas after Geo-tagging, 23 out of them resulted as fake parameters. However, on the urgent basis Rs. 241 crore for rural development have been sanctioned by the Central Govt which will come in the next week".

"Rs. 350 crore was demanded to meet the committed liabilities of erstwhile special fund Assistance (SPA) which has been recommended by the NITI Ayog, AIIMS like institution was demanded from the Prime Minister. Completion of the Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas and setting up of IIIT in Tripura in PPP model was demanded from the HRD Minister. Rs. 241 crore was assured to be sanctioned on urgent basis for rural development by Union RD Minister", he said.

But after all these 7th Pay Commission issue was delayed dumping everything upon the Expert-Committee's reliabilities and finally before the 1st Assembly Session, the 7th Pay commission failed to get implemented in Tripura.

Tripura Govt employees eagerly looking for immediate implementation of 7th Pay Commission.
