AGARTALA, March 12 (TIWN): Allegation has raised against the TPSC for violating model code of conduct by taking exams in election time and also violating High Court's order. A section of deprived youths have accused the TPSC for doing such activity aiming to manage jobs for own family members. After the scam was disclosed, questions raising, when at High Court a case is going on against a particular recruitment, how the same recruitment process can be conducted before High Court's final verdict ? Moreover when Election is going on what was the so urgency to finish the recruitment process amid model code of conducts ?In 2016, for 50 posts filling up under the TPSC an advertisement was published by TPSC but there was a violation of the reservation quota. In that situation a case was filed against the TPSC in the High Court with the case number wpc1393-2017.

The deprived youth in the High Court raised the issue how a govt even though sending students outside the state under handicapped post, but when comes about recruitment they don't allow them to get the reservation facility on that particular 'physical-challenge' (like eye, leg etc), when central Govt has mentioned to follow the rules-of-recruitment.

Moreover the Central Govt in 2016 had also increased the reservation for handicapped from 3 % to 4 %. With similar issues a case was going on in High Court.

The deprived Prabir Datta also filed separate cases against the recruitment under TPSC, but targeting him TPSC is allegedly played various tricks time to time in their advertisement publishing.

There were minimum numbers of applicants in 2016 for those 50 posts whereas on February 6, in the fresh list the number of applicants stood 600 ?

This has only one answer..... which is  to benefit the own candidates and relatives of TPSC high officials and that's the reason the model code of conduct was violated, alleged a deprived youth.

Whereas the advertisement was given on February 6, in a verdict Tripura High Court said ordered to modify the recruitment process on February 20, but without modifying, on March 10 the exam was held and totally illegally in a same exam-hall all same set of Set-(A) question papers were distributed.

The deprived has demanded re-exam for the particular post.
