4 national-level hockey players killed in MP accident

Hoshangabad (Madhya Pradesh), Oct 16 (TIWN) Four national-level hockey players died whereas three others were critically injured in an accident early on Monday in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh.
The players were on their way to Itarsi from Hoshangabad for their hockey match for Dhyan Chand Trophy when their car met with an accident near Raisalpur village on National Highway 69, news agency ANI reported.
The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital. The deceased players have been identified as Shahnawaz Khan from Indore, Aadarh Hardua from Itarsi, Ashish Lal from Jabalapur and Aniket from Gwalior. All four were hockey players of MP sports academy in Bhopal.
